Questions
Does Aegis Bulk ever delete my products?
No. If a product disappears from a supplier file, it's marked discontinued in Aegis and waits for your decision. Nothing is deleted in Shopify.
What does it change in my Shopify store?
Stock, selling price and cost on products matched by SKU. SKUs Shopify doesn't have are created as draft products, so nothing is published until you decide. Product images aren't sent yet.
Which files does it accept?
CSV and Excel (.xlsx) files up to 5 MB, including files with title rows above the headers, several sheets, different delimiters, or column names in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian or Portuguese.
What if my supplier sends a bad file?
Unusual changes are held for your review instead of being applied, and you can undo an entire sync with one click on the Growth and Pro plans.
Does it sync automatically on a schedule?
Yes, on the Growth and Pro plans. Give Aegis a link to your supplier's file (a direct link, Dropbox, or a shared Google Sheet) and it checks it every day, or every hour on Pro. If the file hasn't changed, nothing happens. On the Free plan you upload files yourself.
When does it open, and what will it cost?

How is my store connection protected?
Aegis only asks Shopify for product and inventory permissions, and the access token is stored encrypted. You can disconnect at any time.
